You will learn how to change your negative stories: letting go of the stressful 'needs' and 'shoulds' so that you move from feeling resistance and discomfort into a positive state where life flows more simply.

Pricing
Private coaching sessions cost £65 for a 75 minute session. A complete course of four sessions costs £230 and includes a £30 discount. After your first session you will be offered the opportunity to sign up for the full four-session course. To book your first session please contact Mark Dunn.
