About Positive Meditation

Before discovering Positive Meditation in 2008, Mark Dunn (pictured) was immersed in the world of business, running a company in Brunei in the 1990s before graduating with an MBA from Edinburgh University, and later becoming a Vice President at EMI Music in London. 

Despite his outward successes, Mark struggled inwardly with anxiety, mood swings and stress.  After many years of studying yoga, meditation and Self-Enquiry with leading teachers around the world, Mark discovered Positive Meditation. To read more please click About Mark

Positive Meditation combines two tried and tested practices: Mindfulness Meditation and Self-Enquiry. Both are scientifically proven to have significant mental and physical health benefits.
