Mindfulness & Positivity
Group Classes in Bristol
 

The next 6 week Mindfulness & Positivity course at Bristol City Yoga starts on Tuesday 21st April  (6pm - 7.30pm) and ends on Tuesday 26th May. For more details about this course and to book your place please see below or click here.

We also offer an hour long weekly mindfulness drop in class every Monday at 6pm at the Vaults Spa at the Bristol Harbour Hotel (53-55 Corn St, Bristol BS1 1HT). Each class costs £10 or is free for MoveGB members or members of the Vaults Spa.

Week 1: Introduction to mindfulness & meditation. The science behind our stress
Week 2: Deepening breath awareness. Understanding the stories that cause worry and anxiety
Week 3: Body awareness. The turnaround: letting go of worry and anxiety.
Week 4: Meditation through movement. Empowerment, acceptance and non-judgement.
Week 5: Mindfulness on the go. Plans for dealing with tricky people and situations.
Week 6: Positive Meditations. Managing self-judgements, guilt, shame and regret.

​One Day Workshop:
Mindfulness & Relationships


This workshop will give you tools to enjoy better and more balanced relationships with family, friends, partners and colleagues. The day includes creative techniques for mindfulness meditations that you can do anywhere, any time. It is suitable for total beginners as well as people who have already done the Mindfulness and Positivity course.

Each workshop is taught by Mark Dunn & Neil Morbey and includes guided meditations and help to develop self-practice.
