Despite an outwardly successful life - a senior position in the music industry, the 'perfect family', a beautiful house etc - I had always suffered from a seemingly uncontrollable mind. My inner world was very far from perfect.
I was constantly worrying, feeling frustrated or unable to make decisions. Guilt also played a major part in my life and I was rarely able to enjoy the present moment. This endless barrage of negative thinking caused mood swings and exhaustion and finally led to the break-up of my marriage.
Shortly afterwards I reached rock bottom. I could no longer live with the constant churning of my worrying mind and realized that I had to find a new way of being.
So I began to search for wisdom and for techniques that could release me from suffering. I left my job in London and, over the next few years, worked with yogis, spiritual masters, mindfulness experts and meditation teachers and studied with the wise and liberated in various places around the world.
The more I learned, the more I experienced joy and inner freedom. Through combining the best aspects of the most powerful methods, I found a solution that worked for me. As a result, I started to develop my own practice, which slowly evolved into Positive Meditation.
Through the application of Positive Meditation I was able to move out of negative thought patterns as I noticed them arising. This new way of being changed my life dramatically and I began to live more in The Now and less in guilt, blame or worry. Over time, I have developed the profound ability to keep finding ways back to peace with whatever life throws at me and this has been a great liberation.
As my practice evolved, I noticed that friends started coming to me with their own problems and that I was able to help them. I decided to offer Positive Meditation to everyone that wanted to try it. Now, over nine years later, thousands have tried the technique and many continue to tell their friends about it.

In early 2017 I started taking CBD oil and my partner and I then started making and selling CBD oil because we felt that we could offer the oil at a more affordable price than many other sites were charging. CBD is a wonderful compliment to meditation and we hope that others will discover its wonderful benefits.
