Mindfulness Coaching in Bristol

Positive Meditation is coached privately over four sessions.  A typical coaching session lasts 75 minutes and includes both Mindfulness Meditation and Positivity training. 

Positive Meditation coaching sessions are available in person or via Zoom. 

All Positive Meditation sessions are structured around your own personal needs and will explore what makes you happy and what causes you stress or worry. 

A session starts with a 15 minute Mindfulness Meditation. You will learn how to sit in a healthy and energising posture, which maximises the benefits of the meditation. Once seated comfortably you will be guided into deep meditation. You can meditate sitting on a chair or on a floor cushion. 

During the Positivity section you will have the opportunity to talk about what causes negative emotions or mood-swings in your daily life; whether it is anger, frustration, guilt, jealousy, worry, stress or any other negative emotion that you may be experiencing. 

​You will learn the simple 'STOP' technique to understand the cause of these negative emotions and to transform them into positive feelings and actions that help you to feel more empowered and calmer.

Within a short time you will learn how to use the Positive Meditation techniques at any point throughout your day, whenever you start to feel stressed, worried, sad or angry.

Private coaching sessions cost £65 for 75 minutes. A course of four sessions costs £230 which includes a £30 discount. 

After your first session you will be offered the opportunity to sign up for the full four-session course.
