How does Positive Meditation work?
Through a unique blend of Mindfulness Meditation and Positivity skills, Positive Meditation helps you to step out of your overactive mind into the present moment so you can lead a happier life, less wrapped up in negative emotions and stress.
No previous experience is necessary to learn Positive Meditation. You will be guided through both Mindfulness Meditation and Positivity techniques and learn how these useful tools can be combined to release you from stress.
The practice of Mindfulness Meditation trains you to relax by not fighting your current state. We meditate so that we can observe and accept our mental and emotional patterns as well as to 'feel' the effects our thinking is having on our bodies without needing to change anything.
By meditating in this way you develop a much calmer approach to life. You start to enjoy the little things more and react more calmly and positively to whatever life throws at you.
You also learn to move into a meditative state wherever and whenever you want, instantly accessing a place of peace and happiness, free from anger, worry, stress or guilt.

Positivity is a practice designed to 'lighten the load' of our lives by removing negative thought patterns. It involves using a simple technique called the 'STOP' technique.
Think of all the 'shoulds' and 'needs' that often appear in our minds: 'I should be a better person'; 'He should love me more'; 'I need this job'; 'I need my children to behave'... etc.
This kind of negative thinking can lead to lost sleep, bad moods, damaged relationships, stress and poor health. Negative thoughts may also cause others around you to suffer too.
In Positivity you will learn how to use the powerful 'STOP' technique to transform negative emotions into positive thoughts that improve your mood and lead to more positive patterns.
